Popups suddenly not working | WordPress.org

I installed Popup Maker on a client’s site a couple of days ago and it has worked great, doing just what I hoped it would. But my client recently made some changes to pages and now Popups are not working anywhere in the site. I don’t understand how her edits to individual pages could cause the popups to not work throughout the site.

The problem can be witnessed here: http://www.dailytransformations.com/popup-test/, by clicking the link “Open Popup”.

The Demo examples are also not working in the Help section of Admin.

Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you.

Seems your popup theme has become corrupted. Maybe an export import has occured? We are building in methods to prevent this but in the mean time you could try this. https://wordpress.org/support/topic/after-installing-plugin-i-got-js-errors-in-console?replies=10#post-6731086

Same problem here.

Thanks Daniel for let me use the import function without a warning 🙁

Can you explain more in detail how to solve it.

@beccibecci – Have you tried the solution in that link. It works just as described. Add the line, refresh, remove the line. A better solution is coming but requires some changes in the core to support it.
