@iworldc – Can you explain your setup? Are you wanting the popup to auto open? If so, make sure you have selected the pages you want it to open on in the top right area of the popup editor. Also, make sure you have checked the auto open checkbox under Auto Open Settings.
If that’s not it, can you share a link?

– Close settings all three UNchecked
– Enable Auto Open: Checked
– Delay 500ms
– Cookie trigger: On Close
– Cookie Time: 1 month
– Sitewide Cookie: checked
– Cookie key: 14c46d13778
– Admin Debug: Checked
The popups are not showing automatically.
I created a manual link: linktext, but thi sdoes not work either.
The site is only accessible if you put the domain + IP in your local hosts file. (The site is still in test) Can I send you a PM or email with IP + domain name?
