I do see a popup on http://lapetiteperle.co.uk/ but not on http://lapetiteperle.co.uk/la-petite-perle/
Be sure that you don’t have many display rules that could affect each other or that the cookie was not set for you. If the cookie is set for example by closing the popup you will need to :
a) Clear your browser cookies
b) Or enabled test mode in the popup settings.
OK, I don’t know where you mean when you say you see the popup but it doesn’t popup in the browser on the home page for me http://lapetiteperle.co.uk/ which is where I have it set to.
I have cleared cookies and tried the test mode. In Firefox and chrome.
Is there something more I need to do to enable it?

Actually you have some js wierd issue that prevents to show the popup but then clicking on the browser url bar makes it pop the popup that says:
“La Petite Perle is delighted to announce our Autumn Aspects of Guitar making courses – 3 night/2 day 1:1 intensive programmes”
I guess something else it’s affecting either anothe rplugin or the theme. Try deactivating them all to see what happens
OK, its Nextgen Gallery plugin thats stopping it. But thats too important a plugin for me.
Let me know if you sort the problem out.

Im afraid I can’t find the issue. On my local site it’s working fine so it’s something related to your site.
