Please provide the website in question and what needs to be done to trigger the popup. Plus, consider any other changes not related to Popup Maker that you’ve made on the site that could be causing this issue.
Hi Walter,
The website is http://www.ukrubbishclearance.co.uk – the popup is set on the top right of the header just under the phone number “Get a Quick Quote”
Let me know if that helps.

It appears you have two copies of jQuery loading on your site. Once that second copy loads, it overwrites everything before it, which includes the things that make Popup Maker work properly.
Fixing that should solve any issues.
By the way, if you have a moment, I would very much appreciate if you could quickly click that Popup Maker Works for you and rate the plugin, just to help us spread the word!
Hi Walter,
Thanks for the reply, that is progress could you tell me which or what copies of 2 jQueries your referring to pls.
Thanks

Errors
jQ 1
jQ 2
jQ 3
All of these errors and images point to your site loading at least two, maybe more, copies of jQuery. Looks as though you’re using some kind of jQuery minimizer so you might have to disable that to be 100% certain, but it makes sense.
Your site loads like this: jQuery -> jQuery Position -> Popup Maker -> jQuery copy
Once that copy loads, it basically wipes out everything before it, which explains why I get these errors when I click the button to open the popup (function does not exist). It doesn’t exist because it’s been overwritten.

Hi Walter,
Sorry to be a pain, could you help us fix this as I currently don’t know how to pls.
Regards
JP
@jpmunupe – Can you disable JS minification / caching. It looks like your using a performance plugin that is masking the issue.
Most likely though your theme is loading an extra copy of jQuery. Usually if you edit the header.php, footer.php & functions.php files and search for jquery.min.js or very similar. If you see that you need to try removing it (make sure you back up first).
WordPress includes a copy of jQuery already, so loading a second breaks things.
Hope that helps.
