First of all, never offer or give access to your web backend on wordpress.org. 😉
Secondly, this plugin – and all WP plugins – is not built for every possible theme out there (>1000 exist, I’d guess). So, some work almost always needs to be done to make it play (and look) nice.
This plugin and my support are free, and I must prioritize paid projects. I see you’re using the premium theme “Neighborhood” and numerous plugins. Depending how Neighborhood interacts with WooCommerce, there will need to be some work done. I recommend you work with a developer to see how you can make this free software play nice with your theme. If it’s a fix you would like integrated into the plugin, please get in touch with your code!

Also, as an aside, I keep getting WSOD and JS errors when perusing your site. Clear out your JS errors and there’s maybe a chance your popup will suddenly play nice.
