Popup not triggering

    Popup should be triggered by button saying ‘Book Now’ in green bar, with link #popmake-14341

    On page: [ redundant link removed ]

    It is triggering the link but not the popup, works on other pages with same settings. Such as: /practitioners/jon-goddard/

    Thank you for writing to us.

    I replicate the issue on page /practitioners/elizabeth-mitsi-smart/

    Indeed, the popup is not showing after selecting the button. I see you are using a cache/optimization plugin. It seems the plugin does not allow our script files to load properly.

    Could you follow the steps below and see if this will resolve the issue:
    – Disable the “Asset Caching” in Popup Maker settings > Misc.

    – Resave the popup settings.
    – Clear the cache of your caching/optimization plugin.
    – Clear your browser cache, and test the popup using a private/incognito window.

    Should the issue persists, please check our article Test if a Plugin or Theme Interferes with Popup Maker to help fix the issue.

    OK after updating everything, now it seems to have broken all of my popups:

    Examples:
    Home page (sidebar) ‘Book Therapies’ button
    Popup loads but disappears straight away.

    Practitioner pages: ‘Book Now’
    /practitioners/elizabeth-mitsi-smart/
    /practitioners/jon-goddard/
    /practitioners/jo-smith/
    popups don’t show at all anymore.

    The homepage button uses the class to trigger, the practitioner pages all use the #popmake-XXXX as a link

    Hey @sophierose,

    I visited your site a couple of times over the weekend and today. It looks like the theme you’re using is still having issues. At least for me anyway. Here’s what I see on Firefox and Chrome.

    Will you be able to fix that or switch to the Twenty Twenty-One theme before we have a look at your popups?

    Otherwise, we might just be wasting everybody’s time.
