    Hi,
    I have created a woocommerce store where I installed a popup maker plugin that shows a dropdown with locations (store), when I select one specific store it shows all products. I want it to show only that store products there.

    As I understand, you want to show a popup based on the store location and its product.

    If the location store has its own slug, we think the Advanced Targeting Conditions (ATC) – URL Ends With will help show the popup for the selected store locations. However, you will need WooCommerce shortcode to display the products (base on store location) on the popup content.
