Popup doesn’t work on mobile version

    Hello, I installed the free version of Popup Builder. I set up a popu to the initial page, it works fine in desktop mode. But in mobile mode doesn’t work.
    I am using the WpTouch for mobile mode. How can I get thepopup to the mobile mode? Thanks!

    Can we ask you to confirm that this is the popup the issue with which you have:
    https://prnt.sc/un2x20

    If so, can you try to check that via incognito modes of the browsers or try to open with different browsers?
    Because it can be a cache issue.

    Give it a try and let us know about the results, please.

    Thanks for the answer. This popup on your picture is from another plugin, but I would like to use only yours.

    I disabled it and enabled yours, and I tried in incognito mode and in others devices and browsers and still doesn’t work.

    Thanks for getting back to us!

    I am afraid our plugin is not compatible with the WP touch plugin and there is no solution to the issue you face at this moment.
