PopUp Cookie?

Hey, sorry for my bad english but I try to explain my problem. I have the problem, that my PopUp is anoying and I don´t know how to stop it. People click exit on the PopUp, but if they visit a new site or reload the page the PopUp comes again.

I want, that the PopUp won´t open for a couple hours or days, if people close the PopUp. I don´t want to spam the visitor with the PopUp. I just want to show it one time on all pages.
