    I am sorry to hear that. Despite of the fact that we are not allowed to show any help in these forums to the users who ask questions about the Pro version of the plugin.
    We will let you know what to do as you have issues with accessing your site.
    The reason for this is that in the past when purchasing the Pro version the free one should have been deleted. Now, the system works with another logic.

    Please try to connect with the FTP then rename the name of the Popup Builder files.
