    Hey there,

    we cannot change the ticket status or add user agents in the supportcandy plugin (v3.1.0) after installing the Popup Builder (v4.1.14), which worked great for our purpose. But this is kind of a problem. Is there a way to prevent the interference?

    The popup for the ticket status opens, but there is no way to choose any option.

    Is there a way not to send this public?
    In the meantime we help ourself by deactivating your Plugin temporarily every time we need to change a status of a ticket.

    You may send only the system info file directly to the support@popup-builder.com.
    However, do you mind keeping the main communication in this forum, since it’s possible that other users may have the same issue and it would be better to see the future solution too.
