    Hi,

    since the last update to 3.3 of Popup Builder Geo Targeting, the popup is displayed to all countries.

    Thanks for reaching out.
    We have checked the attached URL and couldn’t see any popup.

    However, it is not allowed to discuss the pro features in this forum.
    Kindly ask you to contact us with the support@popup-builder.com email address and send screenshots from the Display Rules, Events ad Conditions sections.

    Also, ensure to clear the website and browser cache for an accurate result.

    Hello,

    thank you for the reply.
    I have already written directly to support.
    All visitors except Germany must see the popup.
    “Countries is not Germany” is ignored.

    Hi,

    the first mail from Fri 02/04/2022 13:48 subject “Geo Targeting 3.3”.
    The second mail with screenshots Fri 02/04/2022 subject “AW: [WordPress.org Forums] Popup Builder Geo Targeting” there are not any ticket numbers so I don’t have any support thread.
