    Dear Support,

I am using the plugin PopUp Builder for my website. It works great on my actual website however, when my site is being accessed on mobile, the size is not compatible at all. Is there any settings that I can do to make the size of the pop change automatically according to device size? Or whats the recommended setting like? Please advice. Thank you very much for your kind help!

    Regards,
    Daryl

  • Hi @dylyeoh

    Thank you for contacting us.
You can select the min widht in the range of 300-400 and check the popup again.
Also, we have noticed, that this part on the website even though this is not connected with the our plugin, we thought that you might check it on your end.

    Dear Support,

Thank you very much for your prompt reply. I will go try out the settings you recommended! Thank you for highlighting the issue. I am trying to make the site more mobile capable but I think the table at the bottom of my page is causing this compatibility issue when users are accessing it with a mobile. By any chance you have any advice on it? Thank you very much in advance!

    Regards.

    Hi @dylyeoh

    Thank you for your reply.
Indeed there is an issue with the tables.
There is no need to use custom codes, it will be better to use other tables.
Please try to use one of the table plugins in WordPress.
You can use them as they can work smoothly, you can choose the ones with the highest reviews and installations.

    Dear Support,

Thank you for your reply. I dont think there is a need for a plug in. It is just a very simple table. I have another identical website which has the same table and it works fine. The user just need to scroll left and right to see the full content of that table. I believe it must be some settings that I accidentally changed wrongly. Probably I will attach the link as well as a screenshot of the website for your reference. Thank you for helping!
