rolled back the version of wordpress and everything returned to normal

I’ve tested this on my own test site using the latest WordPress version 5.7.2 and the popups are displaying normally and properly as expected on my end.
May I ask, do you have any caching plugin active on your site? If yes, then could you please try to disable asset caching under your Popup Maker > Settings > Misc and check it again if that helps you solve the problem?
