Pop Ups Not Appearing

Hi,

I have searched the previous forum answers but couldn’t get our pop-ups working. We recently set up a new pop-up and have tried to test it on linked page ‘best sunday golf bags’ above. It does not appear when published but appears fine in edit mode. I have no other pop-ups turned on at this time and I tried to clear the cache for this specific page on Cloudflare. Previous pop-ups we have used successfully are not working anymore either as i tested them after this issue. Any advice on solution would be very helpful. Not sure how to attach pics here?

Display conditions:’Posts – best sunday golf bag’
Triggers: On page load – 20 seconds
Advanced rules: show on devices – desktop and tablet
