@grwebs – Since this is a paid product, we need to move this to the support forums on our site. wordpress.org prohibits paid support in the free forums.
The forced interaction is getting some upgrades after the release of Popup Maker v1.2 as are all the extensions. This will include some built in close triggers such as form submitted etc.

Please choose the forum for the extension you purchased.
@grwebs – You can log in at https://wppopupmaker.com/account. Unfortunately the workflow of the site needs major improvements, but lately all of my time has been in the development of features and updates to the plugin and extensions.
Once logged in navigate to the support section and there are forums for each extension.
