• Hi,

I just installed the Beaver plugin to create some landing pages for my site but am having problems using it. When accesing the ‘editor page’ some popups appeared, specially for haveing a tour and other for offering some templates but the ok or cancel buttons were not clickable… meaning nothing happened when clicked and couldn’t make them ‘go away’.

I had to ‘go back’ in my browser in order to ‘get rid’ of them. Finally I could enter into the editor page but when acceing a tool like the text editor the pop up window for it also had it’s save or cancel button ‘unclickable’.

I tried to use the editor in Google Chrome, Firefox and Internet Explorer and it’s the same in the three browsers.

I apdated my WP and same thing happens.

Any idea what can be wrong?

    Thanks,
    Alejandro Robles

    Hey Alejandro,

    Thanks for posting!

Issues like these are usually caused by 3rd party plugin conflicts. Let’s have you go through the plugin deactivation route first, i.e., disable all plugins and test the Beaver Builder while reactivating each to determine if the issue is related to a 3rd party plugin.

Let us know how it goes! 🙂

    Ben
