Pop-up opening frequency

    Can anyone tell me why once the pop-ups are closed, I can no longer view them? How can I change the opening frequency of the pop-ups created in order to always display them, every time the page is opened?

    Hi @alethai,

    Once you close the pop-up form, it will take a year to be displayed again. This is the default option and we do not have any option to change it at the moment (unless you publish the form again).

    We’re planning to have a feature so the admin can decide how much should it wait to be displayed again.
