@scao – Have you set up cookie timer to be triggered on open and for a long length of time say “1 year”?

indeed,i did what you said but it works:
Cookie Trigger: On Open.
Cookie Time: 1 year.
Sitewide Cookie checked
Cookie Key 14c09ba9c93
Targeting Conditions: On Home Page.

For exemple, if you go to “Nosotros” and came back at “Inicio”, the pop up keeps coming.

@scao – Disable admin debug. That is causing it to open everytime. Also updating to the latest version will prevent that as now admin debug only works for logged in admin.
