Dear @ailenelendingmate ,
Thanks for reaching out.
In order to assist you with the issue, kindly ask you to follow the steps from the article below and try to set the on-click popup using shortcodes:
How to open On Load/ On Click /On Hover Popup via the Shortcodes
Before doing that, please, ensure to update the plugin from 4.1.10 to 4.1.13 latest version.
Please, give it a try and let get back to us with the results.
Best,

Hi!
I have updated the plugin and have read the tutorial you have sent but it does not look like the ones that I have on our website. I am hoping to integrate it into a button element

Dear @ailenelendingmate,
May we know if there is a possibility to add a CSS Class into the created button?
Unfortunately, you cannot use any CSS Class/Short Code in the URL section. See the screenshot here https://prnt.sc/3-bYDO_MSXgr

there is a portion in the button that says, ‘extra class name’. If I put the css class sg-popup-id-4119 it still won’t work.
Dear @ailenelendingmate,
May we kindly ask you to send us screenshots from your popup’s Event and Display Rules sections, so that we can see your selections?
Also, please make sure to purge your website cache once you apply for changes.
We have also, noticed that there might be a typo in your shortcode. The correct one is sg-popup-id-4119.
Please keep us posted about your progress.
Regards,
Popup Builder Team
