@cresharper – Can you post a link? Also for home page, is your home page the blog index with latest posts or a page? If the first then be sure to check On Blog Index. Also for test purposes try setting it to entire site.
If that doesn’t resolve the issue, it sounds like it likely will end up being a JS error in either the theme or another plugin, or a conflict between popup maker and one of those. A live link will help find the exact cause.

Are you using some type of caching or CDN? 2 things i noticed are that your assets all load from a subdirectory of your domain url/hash/wp-content.
The second is that none of the Popup Maker JS is loading in the footer. In fact the CSS is loading in the footer which is very strange.
Check that your themes footer.php calls wp_footer();, and clear any cache/cdn your using.

Yes, wp_footer();, is called. There is a cache/security plugin there, but I tried disabling that to no avail.
There must be some kind of inner conflict going on as I’ve tried 5 plugins so far and none of them work, so i don’t think it has anything to do with yours.

Definitely something strange going on. Check also that header.php includes wp_head. I saw quite a few things in the footer that should have been in head

@baski – Please start a new ticket and include a url to a page where you have a popup enabled and not working properly.
@cresharper – Please give the newest version v1.3.2 a shot. We changed a lot and fixed a lot of bugs. May work for you now.
