Can you make sure you are using the latest version of PopupAlly (1.3.2)? I see that jQuery is not loaded, and that issue was fixed a while ago

I already have version 1.3.2 installed.
I think using the “no inline” mode might help. You can configure that in Advanced Settings 🙂

The popup is working when I tested it (appeared after a 2 second delay). Perhaps you can clear the cookie and/or use private browsing (see tutorial for more detail)?
