Pop-up display without loading the page

    `Hello,

    I have installed Popup Builder. Everything works fine, but I realized that my site loads completely only once (when accessing the site). Once this first load is done, when you browse the site the URL changes depending on the page selected, but it doesn’t load the page completely. It looks like the site loads entirely in cache at the first connection and when you navigate in the site afterwards it displays pages already downloaded. As a result, when I put a pop-up on a page it doesn’t work, because the pop-up only appears when the page loads. Would you know how to make the pop-up appear on these pre-generated pages.

    Thanks a lot for reaching out.

    Wouldn’t it be much trouble to send us the screen recording as suggested?

    Also, please, send us the screenshots from the Popup Display Rules, Events, and Advanced sections.

    By the way, we haven’t noticed any popup on the website attached.
