Pop Display Until page Content Load

    I want to show popup builder on a specific page until the page content is load. My site speed is very low and i want to to show popup to my user until page content load. I have to use shortcode of popup in that specific page or something else? Please help me out.

    In order to show the popup on the exact page with the on-load event, please, choose the appropriate Display Rule and Popup Event:

    As for your question about the popup being loaded before the website content: the popup loads along with the website and it depends on the website speed yours.
    There is no way you can somehow control the popup so it loads before the content of your website.
