• I paid for the premium version of this plugin. Here are a few issues that might make you reconsider using the basic version then upgrading.

    1. I was given promises from support that it could handle custom field importing. After 5-6 emails, I finally established that this actually requires snippets in functions.php, which is a bit of a pain.
    2. Export is ONLY one row per order. It can’t handle line-by-line for different SKUs. This is annoying if you use this plugin with an order management system that works on a line-by-line basis.
    3. The import screen does not always show error messages so if your orders don’t import correctly, it’s a very time-consuming process to figure out why.
    4. The mapping screen only shows some of the column headers (no idea why…) so it’s a pain to map correctly or spot mistakes.

Support was great at pre-sales, very slow once I had purchased.

Overall, if you use this plugin as a very basic solution (i.e. just uploading/downloading standard WC order files with no custom headers/requirements) then this plugin might work. There are however better versions out there for this…

  • Hello Charlie,

We apologize for the inconvenience you faced.

We would like to convey the functionality of our plugin in detail.

    1) As you know, each customer will be having different needs of custom fields. So we provide a code snippet to import export custom fields. Rest is there in our plugin inbuilt.
    2) Yes, Currently we export all line_items content in one row. like, Line_item1, line_item2 etc. that includes sku, product ID, total, and many details. We are working on your suggestions.
    3) our plugin shows import failure messages like, “failed to import” or “not parsed” or “order ID already exists” etc.
    4) If you have exact header names, then it will be auto mapped. otherwise, the plugin does not detect the field you need to map manually to correct columns. And also, you have an option to save mapping file also for future use.

Thank you for your feedback. We will consider it in our future developments.

    Regards,
    Veeresh
    Team XA
