Poor Support, very dissappointed

    I bought the Download manger Pro package and some plugins. It didn’t have some of the features that was advertised and the support was very poor, they just ignore your post/comment. If i have choice, i will give they NO star.

    Hi, we usually reply within 24 hours except some rare exception. But I’m extremely sorry that if we missed your post, however support team is online now, they are checking and reply any missing post there. However there is no missing feature, plugin is exactly functional as we advertized, our support team will help your there to set it up.

    As I checked now, you didn’t post in support forum where support team reply frequently, you just posted in comments on product and not sure why all of them are marked as SPAM by akismet, so we missed those.
