    After forking over $40.00 on this gallery plug-in…I feel totally ripped off!

    Every plug-in developer (even the free plugins) have replied within 24 hrs. or less but not these folks.

    First, they won’t even allow you to contact them via e-mail to ask pre-sales questions until you buy the pro version of the plug-in.

    Then, once you fork over your money and find out the plug-in doesn’t do what you had hoped (which could be answered prior to the sale but again…these people won’t allow you to e-mail them until you purchase the pro plugin)…they won’t even answer their customer service e-mail!

    I really don’t like throwing away $40.00 on a plugin that won’t work!

    We have received an email from you about 4 days ago and immediately replied to it.
    I guess there is a technical issue and the email is not delivered. Can you, please contact us again using a different email address?
