POOR SUPPORT!

I’ve been trying to get hold of Complianz for almost a week now about a refund, three emails sent via their website ticket system and one email sent directly. They say that they ‘strive to reply to all support tickets within 24 hours. In the weekend within 48 hours’ and ‘Although we don’t think you’ll ever want one, we’ll gladly provide a refund if requested within 30 days of purchase‘ which is complete nonsense. God forbid I had a major technical issue. I paid over £300 for this software, the very least you’d think I’d get some premium support. After almost a week of total silence, I’d really appreciate some kind of response from them and perhaps a light warning to others that if you are looking for support, don’t hold your breath. Really quite disappointed.
