About your issue. You can open topic support here https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/filester/ and send me a screenshot where UI is terrible for you. We will help you fix it.
And in this case. You should open topic support or contact us to know what happened with your site white 5,000+ users works well – before leave us a rating.

Please try to use Filester 1.5 version just released. It’s compatible with WordPress 5.6
And I hope you can change your rating 🙂

Have you tried our latest version? We made our Filester compatible with WordPress version 5.6, the issue was fixed.

Look-alike but different!
I can’t help but thinking the OP has given a malicious remark just to cause a bringdown to the plugin.
I was about to come here to leave a rating after using it for a few months.
Had no issues with it whatsoever.
However, I think if anyone opts to use Filester, your individual experience will speak for itself.
