EDIT: my “lists” in my Mailchimp account are all translated in German – but the parts of text mentioned above in the screenshot are still in English and there is NOTHING concerning this texts in the Mailchimp account to translate :-/
Hey Csign,
Thanks for posting in the forum. The tinyurl link isn’t currently working for me, so I’m not able to see the screenshot indicating the particular terms you’re looking to translate. Can you try reuploading the image and posting a new link here?
Just based off of your descriptions, it sounds like you’re looking to change “Email Address”, “First Name”, and “Last Name” from your form’s field labels. This is actually not going to be in the PO edit file, but instead it’s something that’s pulled in directly from your MailChimp account.
In order to translate the field labels that display in the plugin’s form, you’ll want to edit the field labels in your MailChimp list, using the form builder in your account. To access your forms, login to your MailChimp account, go to the Lists tab, navigate to your list, then click on the “gear” icon. Then, click forms.
From there, click on your Email Address field and change the field label by editing the options on the right-hand side. It’ll look something like this screenshot:

Once you’ve made these changes, make sure to go back to your WordPress admin area, then go to your plugin’s settings and refresh/update your list info.
