Polylang, Yoast and SEO

Hello,

first of all, thanks for your great plugin!

I use polylang and Yoast SEO plugins in my website, http://www.webfoodculture.com.
I have set ‘english’ as default language, the other is italian.
Problem is that I get visits almost just from Italy, how’s it possible?

It’s just my SEO mistake or could it be a wrong setting I should FIX (in Polylang and/or Yoast)? Can you suggest some particular checks?
