Hi!
I never did it but I would try like this:
* Set the default language to Spanish in Polylang settings
* Import your Spanish site
* In Polylang settings, check the red option: “There are posts, pages, categories or tags without language set. Do you want to set them all to default language ?” and save changes.
* Set the default language to Catalan in Polylang settings
* Import your Catalan site
* In Polylang settings, check the red option: “There are posts, pages, categories or tags without language set. Do you want to set them all to default language ?” and save changes.
And so on…

I have imported spanish, but the strange thing is that in Polylang settings it doesn’t appear the red option “There are posts, pages, categories or tags without language set. Do you want to set them all to default language ?”
I’m solving other issues with wordpress Export/Import, when I solve this I will test to import catalan and english.
