Polylang Update | Not working since update

Hi,

I’ve just updated few minutes ago polylang to 0.8.8 and since then, nothing is working anymore:

Both my french and english page display all the posts instead of showing only the ones in their language.

I even tried to create a new english post, and its displayed in both version also.

I double checked all the settings, they didn’t change, its still displayed the correct number of post in each language..

Please help. Thanks.
PS: I’ve also posted that: http://wordpress.org/support/topic/plugin-polylang-organic-structure-theme-menus-settings?replies=3 few weeks ago and I just noticed it disappeared from the polylang plugin support forum. How come?
