Polylang Redirect Issue

    I’m having an issue where this page, seemingly randomly, has started to redirect to a completely different page. There are no redirects set up for this page of any kind. We are using polylang pro to use similar slug / title across languages. For example, ‘/blog/’ and ‘/es/blog/’.

    Initially, I reached out to their support and they had me disable all plugins and switch to a default theme. I reactivated polylang pro only and the issue was resolved. I started re-activating plugins one by one and didn’t face the issue again until activating the custom permalink plugin.

    Can you help me resolve this please? Thank you!

    @kkow I have tested the PolyLang Free version and haven’t been able to reproduce the issue you are describing.

    It may be related to Pro and how you can have the same slug like ‘blog’ in multiple languages. However, as mentioned, this feature works fine until custom permalinks is activated. I was able to temporarily “fix” the issue with the ‘custom_permalinks_avoid_redirect’ hook for that permalink. I’ll ask Polylang if I can provide you with a copy of pro for testing purposes.

    @kkow I have released a new version. Please update the plugin, clear website cache and check if the issue is resolved.
