Polylang causing log out errors

Hi, I have Polylang along with theme my login plugin. Polylang is creating a link that looks like this http://www.example.com/logout

When you click on it, it takes you to the screen to confirm logout, then when you click on logout again you get “WordPress Failure Notice”.

Please help!!!
