Poll Plugin With Username In Results

    I need a plug in with two features:

    The ability to export the results as csv (or any other way to use excell or axcess)and the ability to see the wordpress username with the results.

    Any ideas?

    Or I guess if it wont let me see the wordpress username in the polls then the IP would be an alternative
