Poll Plugin that is a Widget, with Multiple QUESTIONS

Hi,

As the title says, i’m looking for a Polling plugin
that can be in the sidebar (widget) and that allows
me to ask several questions at once.

I’m willing to pay a little for it if i have to,
but would love to find a free one to test out
a market before it starts being profitable.

There are so many options, but no clear winner.
