Currently, Masteriyo sets the minimum points value for a quiz question to 1, and setting it to 0 is not supported out of the box. The points field is designed to contribute to the overall quiz score, so a zero value is not available as a built-in option at this stage.
If your goal is to include a question that does not affect the student’s score — for example, an informational or survey-style question — there is unfortunately no direct workaround for this within the current quiz builder. Howevr, you can try thrird party plugins like everest forms etc.
That said, this is a genuinely useful feature request, especially for use cases like yours where certain questions may be purely for gathering input or providing information rather than contributing to the score.
