    I had a blog – pblog – and changed it to wordpress (default folder). I tried updating the link in the admin to point to pblog and now, not only does the link work, but everything in my site points to pblog and I can’t get into the admin settings to change. I’ve also tried updating from a backup. Any suggestions?

    That was a bad idea. The twu URIs in the Options > General shouldn’t be used for “fantasy” addresses… they must point to your WP install.
    If you have access to your database via phpMyadmin, try this guide to restore the correct values:
