Hi,
Please check the FeedBurner documentation to see if you can modify the feed URL.
If they don’t have an option, you can use Sermon Manager’s feed redirection feature.
To do so, do the following:
1. Open Sermon Manager settings, “Podcast” tab
2. Check the option named “Redirect”
3. Put the wrong URL in “Old URL” field
4. Put the correct URL in “New URL” field
5. Click on “Save Changes”
Thank you for your patience.
I went through the FeedBurner documentation, and did every step, but none of those changed the issue.
I also tried the redirect, but again no luck. No matter what I do, the RSS feed (even the original) will only show up to December 3, 2017.
It is showing up correctly on iTunes though so that’s a good thing.
Seems like the problem is only in FeedBurner.
The feed on your website is correct http://revivechurch.com/feed/?post_type=wpfc_sermon (25th February latest)
And you say that iTunes is correct too
What is the feed URL in FeedBurner?
Oh thanks, but it’s not that one, what I meant is – from what URL does FeedBurner pull sermons?
It will start with your website URL, then slash, and then the rest of the URL
Oh, I’m so sorry. I’ve been using the feed produced in SermonPress:
http://revivechurch.com/?feed=rss2&post_type=wpfc_sermon
Perfect, that’s exactly what we need. 🙂
We have ran that URL through couple feed validation services, and all three of them reported 0 issues.
One of them tried parsing the feed (to see what would other podcast services actually see), and it also shows sermons from 3rd December (test results).
We then tried to debug the feed, to find out what is exactly wrong with the items after 3rd December – but we couldn’t find a single issue!
This is a mystery so far… We will soon take a look at it again
Thank you for your patience so far. 🙂
Hey, Nikola!
It’s been a while since I’ve checked on this. I was wondering if there has been any update on getting the feed working in Podtrac?
Thanks for all you’re doing!
Hi there!
We’ve checked the feed again, but it seems to be working just fine.
Could you please try contacting Podtrac support?
