There are multiple WordPress Output/Template to PDF solutions on the market; if they work on Post Types and Custom Post Types, they’ll work with Pods. Most of them have you design a template for output and it just redirects that output to PDF; the biggest piece in the puzzle is generating your output. I’d look for one that works with ‘theme output’ as that’s the closest results you want for a PDF from your website, I think.
I can honestly say that I’ve never tested any of these plugins because I’ve not had a need to do so (and there are way too many plugins for us to test everything). But good luck!
