.PO file

Hello, I installed it in my theme and it accepted it very well although the checkout page must ‘understand’ it, I do not know if it is because since I have the free plugin I can not test it and I get an error.

I was checking if they had the .PO file and I could not find it, and when reading on the Internet they say that it can be done with locotraslate but these translations are lost when updating the wordpress.

What other permanent way is there to translate the plugin.
