PMP Recurring Payment Problem

    Greetings.

    I am using PMP with this add-on :

    Iyzico Payment Gateway for PMP

    The problem is, it works with the initial payment. It’s seen in iyzico and Paid Memberhips Pro orders and the money is transferred.

    But when the billing cycle comes, nothing happens. There is no new payment made or the account isn’t cancelled. No orders seen in both iyzico and Paid Memberships Pro orders page.

    PS: iyzico can save cards and doesn’t use 3d secure

    How to fix it?

    Additional question:

    I read that I shouldn’t set a membership level that uses recurring subscription with an expiration date. But where can I see how much time a certain member has left? It’s not in the user account or PMP dashboard.

    Please can you reach out to the support team of the Iyzico Payment Gateway for Paid Membership Pro as we do not maintain this plugin and it’s built by a third-party developer.

    You are able to see the automatic subscriptions length/period inside your payment gateway. You can also use some custom code to display this on your site.

    I hope this helps clear things up.
