Plugins Readme.txt changes do not apply

My plugin : https://wordpress.org/plugins/bp-profile-cover/
The readme.txt : http://plugins.svn.wordpress.org/bp-profile-cover/trunk/readme.txt
different from the one which is displayed on item description.
I have also uploaded screenshots in assets folder with proper naming but these are not appearing. I also have a banner image which is not appearing in plugins main page.
Can anyone suggest what I’ve missed here ?
