Plugins page server error

  • Hi

a week ago my site’s plugins page crashed and i can’t get it back. these are the pages affected:

Both php files are still on the ftp so nothing has been played with. if a new plugin caused this how do i undo?

I have NOT upgraded to WP 3.5.1. but i can’t see what version i’m on.

    any help would be appreciated.
