Plugins options panel can't access HELP!! Please!

    I can no longer access the options panel on ANY PLUGIN.
    Error displays:
    Wrong value type sent to the database. Integer expected. (page)

    I noticed when I hover my mouse over the links for options admin panel on those two plugins it has page=sometitle
    I’m assuming it wants page=1234 (some number)

    What on earth did I do to mess two plugins up at the same time?

    Please HELP!
