Plugins: Not valid Header

Hi there, I’ve been having this problem for the last couple of months. About once a month give or take, I have to delete all my plugins on my cpanel, reinstall them, reactive them, and then about a month later they have all been Deactivated due to a “no valid header” in which they disappear from my wordpress installed themes plugin page. Please help!
