Plugins not showing up

    My client played around in the backend and among other things, deleted Hello Dolly. That’s what he says triggered the following:

    None of the installed and activated plugins are showing up in the front end. They are all showing in the backend as active and the settings are all as I left them, but even the admin strip at the top of the page when you are logged in is gone.

    Help!?! Thank you.
