Plugins and Visitors

    Well i have been looking everywhere googling various sites and i cant find the answer anywhere so i chose this place to ask for help.
    In the admin section when you click on plugins it says at the top
    All (13) |
    Active (10) |
    Recently Active (1) |
    Inactive (3)

    How would i show the active plugins in the footer, i mean like the number of it. How i wanted it is like “Powered by WordPress using xxx plugins”. Is there a way to do it if so how?
