[Plugin:Jetpack-contact form] Change received email structure

Hello,
I currently have the jetpack contact form up and running. However, when
receiving the emails all the information entered in the contact form is all crammed together like so:

Name: My name Email: myemail@ Message: test test test2 test Time: February 25, 2014 at 12:11 am IP Address: Contact Form URL: Sent by a verified ” ” user.

It would be nicer if each item is separated on a different line:
Name
Email
Message

I’ve tried a few things but no luck, should I modify something in the
short code or in the php file of the plugin,what would you recommend?
